Kshipra is the General Counsel of Capital18. She is responsible for deal structuring, legal matters and compliance of portfolio investments. She was previously the General Counsel/Head of M&A at MIH India and has also worked with Star TV and AZB & Partners. Kshipra holds Bachelors degrees in Law & Sociology from Delhi University.
